Proof, not promises

We won't claim to prove the impact of every development program with certainty – that wouldn't be honest. What we can show is whether programs get adopted, whether people stay engaged, and whether development carries into practice. Here's the evidence.

Flagship case: the Pricefx leadership program

At Pricefx, a mid-sized SaaS company, we ran a structured leadership program for 18 leaders – combining a clear program structure with lightweight progress tracking. 16 of the 18 started, an 88% start rate, and 90% of those who started completed all five sessions.

Why these numbers matter: adoption isn't proof of business impact on its own. But it's the necessary condition. If people don't engage with a program, you can't even begin to ask whether it changed behavior. This program was built for adoption – and the numbers show it held.

What we measure — and what we don't claim

We're precise about the line between what we measure and what the company measures. TopLeader tracks leading indicators: adoption, engagement, goal progress, and momentum across a cohort. Lagging outcomes – turnover, eNPS, business performance – sit on your side, shaped by many factors beyond any single program. We won't claim a clean causal line from a development program to those numbers. We'd rather show honest leading evidence than sell certainty that doesn't exist.
